Delivery and Collection Info

BREAD TO YOUR DOORSTEP

Get our award winning bread and pastries delivered straight to your door! Stock up on sourdough and fill your cupboards with our locally sourced essentials.

Delivery distance

We deliver all goods by bike courier and currently deliver within a 2.5 mile radius of Easton.

Alternatively, we give you the option to "click and collect" from East Bristol Bakery at 112 St Mark's Road.

At check out, simply select collection or delivery and choose a day to suit you. If you are not in to receive a delivery, we are happy to leave your items in a safe place.

At the moment we can't offer a specific time slot for delivery - we aim to get all deliveries to you by midday, but this may vary. If there is a need to get it there earlier then please call us when placing your order to arrange and we will do our best to accommodate.

Delivery charge

There is a £2.95 charge for deliveries and a minimum spend of £5. There is no charge or minimum spend for using our click and collect service!

Delivery cut off

Orders can be rebooked and must be placed by at least 12pm two days before your desired collection or delivery date. This is to give the bakers enough time to prep, prove and bake your loaves.

Of course, if you miss the cut off for collection or delivery, we may still be able to reserve items for collection for you. Give us a call on 0117 3363 164 to see what we have left, and we can pop your name on a loaf to pick up the same day.

Please note that on busy days it might be a little tricky for us to get to the phone, and if we're running low on a particular item (like our delicious cinnamon swirls) we reserve the right to make the call on whether we can reserve it for you. Thanks for your understanding.

Collection

At the moment, due to social distancing regulations, we aren't able to offer a dedicated collection area at the bakery. Simply come to the bakery door and let us know your name, and we'll grab your collection items for you. Unfortunately, this means that if there is a queue then we kindly ask you to wait with our other customers.

Magic Bags

Any bread left at the end of the day goes on to the brilliant food-waste-minimising service, Too Good To Go. Normally a handful of 'magic bags' will be available for collection - these are a mixture of whatever loaves we have left and we can't guarantee that a particular bread will be available, sorry!
